Order confirmations — WhatsApp and SMS
Every new order is confirmed on the number the customer gave. If that number has WhatsApp, a short WhatsApp message goes with Yes and No. If a Pakistani number has no WhatsApp, an SMS goes from the same Brandoez number with a link to confirm or cancel. A number outside Pakistan gets no message and stays pending for a manual call.
Demo test: a Pakistani number ending in 9 is treated as having no WhatsApp, so the SMS path runs. Any other Pakistani number uses WhatsApp. A number with a country code other than 92 stays pending for a manual call. In the live system the WhatsApp check is automatic.

WhatsApp orders and website (Shopify) orders in one list. Every order is marked by where it came from. Change a status and the customer sees the same status when they track it.
